The centre offers a dedicated conference room known as the Glacier Suite which overlooks the ice pad reserved for professional skaters.  The suite can accommodate up to 90 delegates theatre style, and the venue also has two smaller syndicate function rooms useful as break out spaces.

For a truly unique conferencing experience, use one or both of our two Olympic-sized ice pads which can be boarded over fully or partially to create two large conference areas. 

The team at ice Sheffield are experienced in this practice as they board the ice pads over for national Judo events and other ad-hoc events such as the VIP Hospitality dinner for BBC's Sports Personality of the Year (December 2009) and a Wrestling event (summer 2009.)

iceSheffield also has an additional Exhibition Area which provides space for small exhibits or demonstrations to complement your conference.
