Upon arrival all participants will be accompanied to the Glacier Suite for registration. They will be introduced to the events team and talked through the planned activities. Welcome refreshments of tea and coffee will be served in the Glacier Suite.

Everyone will then be escorted down to collect their ice skates. Our events team will give a quick instruction to make sure that everyone’s skates are laced securely and then the participants will be assisted onto the ice.

The Ice will be split into four separate zones each having a different and unique activity.

These will be:

• Ice Hockey Shoot Out: Each participant will have five pucks which they will shoot from a designated area at an open goal. The winner will be the person that scores the most goals.
  

• Corporate Curling: Each participant will have three throws of the curling stone at specified target zone. The winner of this event will be the person scoring the most aggregate points.
  

• Blind Mans Bluff: The participant will be blind folded and on their hands and knees, protective equipment will be provided, they must then crawl around an enclosed area of the ice until they find the objective. The winner will be the person that finds the object in the fastest time.
  

• Ice Hockey Slalom: An Ice Hockey assault course will be set up that will involve the participant skating through a series of obstacles whilst weaving the puck in and out with a hockey stick. The winner of this event will be the person that completes this event in the fastest time.
  

Once each participant has completed the four tasks, the points will be counted; any tie breaker situations will be resolved. The participants will then be led to skate hire to collect their shoes.

The party will then return to the Glacier Suite where the winners of the three events will be presented with prizes and a closing of event speech will be made. A post event  meal of jacket potato with a choice of filling will then be served.
